Greetings Federation Citizens,
As you may have seen, we have started with adding content to the website. For all of us its a very exciting time as we see our ideas actually take shape. Of Course the most important aspect of UFS Grid is the actual content creation in the grid itself, but we want to equally provide you with a realistic universe.
I have set our current year into 2385, mostly to be in sinc with United Federation Starfleet as they are basically the brains behind the creative make up of the grid. This sets us 4 years after the Borg invasion of 2381 and gives us enough freedom to RP with the reconstruction of the Federation as well as the balance of power created by the Typhon Pact.
In the Faction section of the website I have added the primary factions known in the current universe, but of course this is subject to change and we can also add new factions if players come up with a new idea.
In order to recreate the Star Trek universe as close as posssible, we decided to create NPC characters of major Trek characters such as Martok, Nanietta Bacco and of course several starfleet admirals and captains.
